Our Story

Fusion Digital is a family-owned business in Western NY that specializes in providing a wide array of Information Technology and Audio-Visual solutions to businesses with a heavy focus on value, integrity, collaboration and relationship building. Having 40 years of experience in the technology industry, Phil Ferranti Jr. founded Fusion Digital in 2003 with a genuine desire to help customers succeed. What started as an IT company soon expanded into AV, making us one of the first companies to effectively merge IT with AV for a unified solution. We offer a full line of IT managed services, including 24/7 monitoring, network administration, data backup/restoration and cyber security. Some of our AV offerings include state of the art video collaboration spaces and captivating digital signage solutions. For nearly 20 years, we have been serving private and publicly held companies ranging from SMBs to Fortune 100 corporations and everything in between. Having just been named #6 on Rochester’s List of Top 100 Companies and leadership experiencing a shift towards the next generation with Alyse Ferranti assuming the role as President & CEO in 2022, the values that Fusion Digital was founded on continue to drive business forward today.
